Ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) is a plant belonging to the Panax genus in the Araliaceae family. Since ancient times, ginseng has been referred to as the “king of herbal medicine”, and recognized by traditional medicine as a premium herb that “supports the healthy energy”1.
