Walnut (Juglans nigra L., Juglans regia L.) is native to Southeastern Europe, East Asia, and North America, with China being the world’s largest producer today.

Walnuts are nutrient-dense nuts with both nutritional and medicinal value, and were exclusively enjoyed by nobility in ancient times. Walnut is often celebrated as the king of “the four major dried fruits”. According to the Food Nutritional Facts Database published by the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration, every 100 grams of walnuts contain 15 grams of high-quality protein that is easily absorbed and utilized.

The raw materials for producing this walnut protein are carefully selected from the Xinjiang region near the Tian Shan mountains. They are grown with irrigation from the pure Tian Shan snow water. After harvesting, the walnuts are shelled, enzymatically hydrolyzed, filtered, and concentrated to create this premium extract.
