Blend Lactic Acid Bacteria

Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are microorganisms capable of producing lactic acid through sugar metabolism. LAB are widely found in nature, but only those beneficial to the body are classified as probiotics. Supplementing with sufficient beneficial LAB enables them to produce organic acids that lower the intestinal pH. By competing with harmful bacteria for nutrients, LAB can help reduce the proliferation of undesirable bacteria, improve the balance of gut microflora, and support overall health.

Beneficial LAB may also help regulate an allergic constitution. When harmful environmental substances trigger systemic reactions leading to discomfort, probiotic LAB can help restore balance in the immune system.

How Probiotic LAB Regulates Physical Constitution

Research shows that LAB induces different cytokine responses, guiding immune cells toward specific activation pathways. T cells are involved in two counterbalancing reactions, Th1 and Thd2. When the Th2 reaction dominates, allergic reactions may occur. When this happens, probiotic LAB can stimulate the Th1 reaction to restore Th1/Th2 balances, thereby supporting constitution regulation.

Probiotic LAB possess excellent stability, metabolic activity, and gastrointestinal survivability. These properties enhance formula stability, maintain strain activity, and improve digestive tract resistance—allowing LAB to successfully reach and colonize the intestine. This contributes to improved gut microflora balance, supports overall health maintenance, and alleviates unwanted symptoms.
