Methylsulfonyl Methane
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organic sulfide compound naturally present in the blood, bodily fluids, and tissue of the human body, and it is an essential nutrient for normal bodily function. MSM is also found in some foods, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, sheep milk, cow milk, fish, and grains.
- Soothes joint pain: MSM helps effectively reduce joint fatigue and discomfort. It is considered safe, non-toxic, and does not produce side effects. MSM also shows efficacy in addressing dysfunctions in other muscle and bone groups. Clinical research indicates that MSM can reduce stiffness and promote flexibility.
- Regulates immunity and improves allergies: MSM can help strengthen the body’s natural defense against allergens and maintain the integrity of healthy mucosal tissues.
- Beauty support: As a key nutrient for skin, hair, and nail health, MSM’s sulfur-containing groups play a crucial role in the synthesis of keratin.
