Pumpkin Seed Oil

Pumpkin seed oil is produced by pressing the seeds of pumpkin, a plant belonging to the Cucurbita genus of the Cucurbitaceae family. Its earliest recorded use dates back to Native Americans, while in Europe, pumpkin seed oil has a history of use spanning over 300 years. Pumpkin seed oil is sometimes referred to as “The oil for men”.
