This ingredient is produced using Non-GMO soybeans as a raw material, which are fermented with Lactobacillus delbrueckii Rosell-187 and subsequently sterilized. The final product is a fermented product containing inactivated Lactobacillus delbrueckii Rosell-187 and numerous fermentation byproducts, such as soybean protein, peptides, amino acids, and other microbial metabolites.
