This vitamin D yeast powder is created using Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a biological carrier. Through catalysis by a specific light source, endogenous ergosterol is converted to natural, active Vitamin D2. This process also retains other nutrients, including natural vitamins, minerals, and peptides. Following this process, the product undergoes a series of treatment – involving sterilization, spray drying concentration treatment, and refinement, resulting in a form optimized for absorption by the human body.
