Sesame Extract
Sesame is the mature seed of an annual herbaceous plant in the Pedaliaceae family primarily distributed in tropical regions. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, sesame is considered to have a sweet taste and a neutral property. Modern research indicates that sesame extract contains sesamin and sesamolin. These substances have been shown to support ethanol metabolism and facilitate the elimination of undesirable substances, making sesame extract a widely used ingredient in personal care.
